Such a lovely spot! The coffee was amazing — I went for the Ethiopian beans and they were just perfect. Everyone there was super sweet and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The highlight for me? They added EXTRA ice to my drink (literally my favorite thing ever ) and I love that they recently started serving iced drinks. We also tried the dark chocolate cookies and a pastry — both were sooo good. I’m not from Edinburgh, but every time I visit, I’ll definitely be coming back here!

In house roasted beans so you get to choose what one you want. Coffee was lovely- Americano & flat white. Good large snacks - cinnamon roll & cardamom bun. Staff were lovely. A bit of the beaten track but worth the search.

I had my THE best coffee during my Scotland trip. I order both cappuccinos and long black. Their coffee is well balanced, full body and have a pleasant notes. The service was great, again, THE best! Lovely owners and very friendly and kind. Go grab yours while you are in Edinburgh.

Had an amazing experience here - my friend and I ducked in from the rain. I got a v60 pour over with the Ethiopian beans and it was the best coffee I tried in the UK. I loved their roast so much I had to buy a bag of beans for home. The folks working there were super friendly and laid back and clearly had a passion for coffee and roasting. They were testing out some new beans and let me try some of the pour over they made for free. TLDR great coffee and great vibes!

I absolutely love The Cobbled Roastery! I come here often and always order a flat white — it’s consistently excellent, rich and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They also roast their own coffee on-site, and you can buy freshly roasted beans to take home. Highly recommend for any coffee lover in Edinburgh.

Very artsy little place. The smell of the coffee hits you in the face as soon as you walk in, the sign of a great coffee shop. Really friendly server and amazing pastries.
